Grace Kidney assumed the role of Administrator at Park Manor in October 2008. "I knew instantly during the interview process that Park Manor was a most unique facility," she said. "The staff really puts the 'home' in nursing home, as the residents are happy, content and receive individualized attention in an atmosphere that is cozy and warm." Grace has had more than 20 years experience in long-term care, most recently in Edison, and before that in Staten Island, N.Y. She has a bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation, and is currently pursuing her master's degree in health administration. She is an LNHA (licensed nursing home administrator) and a CTRS (certified therapeutic recreation specialist) as well as a New Jersey CALA (certified assisted living administrator).
Kidney has also been very active in the community as a member of the Edison Rotary, where she was the recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship for outstanding service to the community. She has recently joined the Bloomfield Rotary Club to help further community service in the Park Manor neighborhood.
Wanda Motley helps expedite the admission and discharge process for patients and their families. She has many years of experience in the Health Care profession and understands the needs of the elderly. Ms. Motley brings to our facility great enthusiasm and creativity which enables her to build successful relationships with clients and the community.
Jennifer London is responsible for managing the nursing department at our center. She has been a loyal staff nurse at Park Manor for over ten years. Ms. London started as a night supervisor and is the former Assistant Director of Nursing at the center. She is a graduate of Bloomfield College and fell in love with Park Manor when she was a college volunteer. Ms. London is a dedicated patient advocate and a respected clinician within our local community.
Priscilla Miller has been a Physical Therapist just short of 40 years and has touched all phases of the profession from working with babies in early intervention, acute rehab, care for multiple handicapped children and adults, hospital work, long-term care, outpatient and her real niche - sub acute care. She has four wonderful children and a husband with his own sucessful business. Priscilla states, "It has been my pleasure to add to the betterment of all I have touched".
Jason Coveleski is responsible for helping residents and families respond to the challenges skilled nursing facility placements may present to their everyday lives. Mr. Coveleski received his BSW from Seton Hall University and an MSW from Fordham University and brings over 10 years of social work experiences to the table. Although he is a newer employee to the CPL/Park Manor family, Mr. Coveleski has been involved with Park Manor for 5 years as the visiting social worker with a hospice service. Mr. Coveleski finds great motivation and energy in the resident's enthusiasm and pride for their Park Manor community.
